1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using ArmoryHub ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to own firearms under applicable federal, state, and local laws to use this App.

2. LICENSE TO USE

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ArmoryHub for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions: You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security features
• Use the App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Distribute or resell the App without authorization

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Legal Compliance: You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws
• Maintaining accurate records as required by law
• Properly securing your device and the data stored within the App
• Verifying the accuracy of information entered into the App
• Understanding that the App does not constitute legal advice
• Consulting with legal counsel regarding firearms record-keeping requirements

Data Security: You are responsible for:

• Protecting your device with a passcode or biometric authentication
• Enabling the App Lock feature for additional security
• Not sharing your device with unauthorized individuals
• Reporting any unauthorized access to your data
• Maintaining backups of your important data

4. INTENDED USE

ArmoryHub is designed as a personal inventory management tool for legally owned firearms, accessories, and ammunition. The App is intended to help you:

• Maintain detailed records of your firearms collection
• Track purchases, maintenance, and valuations
• Manage NFA items and compliance documentation
• Generate reports for insurance or personal records

Prohibited Uses: You may not use the App to:

• Track illegally owned or possessed firearms
• Facilitate illegal firearms transactions
• Circumvent any legal requirements or restrictions
• Store information about weapons not legally owned by you

5. DISCLAIMERS

No Legal Advice: ArmoryHub does not provide legal advice. The App is a tool for personal record-keeping only. You should consult with qualified legal counsel regarding:

• Firearms laws applicable to your jurisdiction
• Record-keeping requirements
• NFA item registration and compliance
• Transfer and disposal requirements

No Warranty: The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Data Accuracy: While we strive to provide reliable software, we make no guarantees about:

• The accuracy of data you enter
• The completeness of reports generated
• Prevention of data loss or corruption
• Compatibility with all devices or iOS versions

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Legal penalties or fines resulting from non-compliance
• Theft or loss of firearms due to data breaches
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the App

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ArmoryHub, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any information or content you enter into the App
• Unauthorized access to your data due to failure to secure your device

8. DATA AND PRIVACY

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• All data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account (if enabled)
• We do not have access to your firearm inventory data
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• You are responsible for backing up your data

9. BACKUPS AND DATA LOSS

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While the App provides backup functionality, we are not responsible for:

• Data loss due to device failure, loss, or theft
• Data corruption or loss during sync
• Loss of data due to iOS updates or App updates
• Inability to restore from backups

We strongly recommend regularly exporting and backing up your data to a secure location.

10. UPDATES AND CHANGES

App Updates: We may release updates to:

• Add new features
• Fix bugs or security vulnerabilities
• Improve performance
• Comply with iOS changes

You are responsible for keeping the App updated. We may discontinue support for older versions.

Terms Updates: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. TERMINATION

Your Rights: You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

Our Rights: We reserve the right to:

• Discontinue the App at any time
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Modify or remove features

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your license to use the App ends, but these Terms will continue to apply to your prior use.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state where you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ArmoryHub regarding use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
