IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE ARMORYHUB APPLICATION.
This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("End-User" or "You") and CowboyCode LLC ("Developer" or "We") for the ArmoryHub mobile application software ("Licensed Application"), which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation.
By downloading, installing, or using the Licensed Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the Licensed Application.
This EULA is concluded between You and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof. This EULA may not provide for usage rules for the Licensed Application that are in conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions as of the Effective Date.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to own firearms under applicable federal, state, and local laws to use this Licensed Application.
The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application as specified in this EULA or as required under applicable law. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

The Developer warrants that the Licensed Application will perform substantially in accordance with the documentation provided for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of download.
THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY.
In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to you (if applicable). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APPLE WILL HAVE NO OTHER WARRANTY OBLIGATION WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE LICENSED APPLICATION, AND ANY OTHER CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, COSTS, OR EXPENSES ATTRIBUTABLE TO ANY FAILURE TO CONFORM TO ANY WARRANTY WILL BE THE DEVELOPER'S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.
The Licensed Application does not provide legal advice. The Licensed Application is a tool for personal record-keeping only. You should consult with qualified legal counsel regarding firearms laws applicable to your jurisdiction, record-keeping requirements, NFA item registration and compliance, and transfer and disposal requirements.
You and the Developer acknowledge that the Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and/or use of the Licensed Application, including but not limited to:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
The Developer's total liability to you for all claims arising from use of the Licensed Application shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Licensed Application in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You and the Developer acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of the Licensed Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Licensed Application are and shall remain the property of the Developer. Nothing in this EULA transfers any such rights to you.

For any questions, complaints, or claims with respect to the Licensed Application, please contact the Developer using the information above.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application. If you use the Licensed Application with an Apple device, you must comply with Apple's terms of service. You must not violate your wireless data service agreement, internet service agreement, or any other applicable third-party agreement when using the Licensed Application.
The Licensed Application may access third-party services or content. Your use of such third-party services is governed by the terms of service of those third parties.
You and the Developer acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

Subscriptions can be purchased through two different payment providers depending on how you access ArmoryHub:
Apple App Store (iOS/macOS App)
If you subscribed through the ArmoryHub iOS or macOS app, your subscription is managed by Apple.
Stripe (Web Portal)
If you subscribed through the ArmoryHub web portal at portal.armoryhub.app, your subscription is managed by Stripe.
Important: Subscription Management
You must manage your subscription through the same platform where you originally subscribed. Apple subscriptions cannot be managed through the web portal, and Stripe subscriptions cannot be managed through Apple settings. If you're unsure where you subscribed, check both locations.

Refunds through Apple are granted at Apple's sole discretion. The Developer does not have access to process Apple refunds directly.

The Developer may release updates to:
You are responsible for keeping the Licensed Application updated. The Developer may discontinue support for older versions.
The Developer reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Licensed Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA. You will be notified of material changes through the Licensed Application or via email.
You may terminate this EULA at any time by deleting the Licensed Application from your device and ceasing all use.
The Developer reserves the right to:
Upon termination, your license to use the Licensed Application ends immediately, but this EULA will continue to apply to your prior use. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state where you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from this EULA or use of the Licensed Application shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Developer may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this EULA shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
No waiver of any term of this EULA shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and the Developer's failure to assert any right or provision under this EULA shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy (https://armoryhub.app/privacy), constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding use of the Licensed Application and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
