END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE ARMORYHUB APPLICATION.
This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("End-User" or "You") and Marc Wrigglesworth ("Developer" or "We") for the ArmoryHub mobile application software ("Licensed Application"), which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation.
By downloading, installing, or using the Licensed Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the Licensed Application.
1.ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
This EULA is concluded between You and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof. This EULA may not provide for usage rules for the Licensed Application that are in conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions as of the
Effective Date.
2. SCOPE OF LICENSE
2.1 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download, install, and use the licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control
- Access and use the Licensed Application through Family Sharing or volume purchasing as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions
- Use the Licensed Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only
2.2 License Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Licensed Application
- Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Licensed Application
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Licensed Application
- Use the Licensed Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Circumvent any security features or technological protection measures
- Transfer the Licensed Application to any third party
- Use the Licensed Application in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Licensed Application
2.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to own firearms under applicable federal, state, and local laws to use this Licensed Application.
3. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT
The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application as specified in this EULA or as required under applicable law. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

4. WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER
4.1 Limited Warranty
The Developer warrants that the Licensed Application will perform substantially in accordance with the documentation provided for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of download.
4.2 Warranty Disclaimer
THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY.
4.3 Apple's Limited Role
In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to you (if applicable). TO
THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APPLE WILL HAVE NO OTHER WARRANTY OBLIGATION WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE LICENSED APPLICATION, AND ANY OTHER CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, COSTS, OR EXPENSES ATTRIBUTABLE TO ANY FAILURE TO CONFORM TO ANY WARRANTY WILL BE THE DEVELOPER'S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.
4.4 No Legal Advice
The Licensed Application does not provide legal advice. The Licensed Application is a tool for personal record-keeping only. You should consult with qualified legal counsel regarding firearms laws applicable to your jurisdiction, record-keeping requirements, NFA item registration and compliance, and transfer and disposal requirements.
5. PRODUCT CLAIMS AND LIABILITY
5.1 Developer Responsibility
You and the Developer acknowledge that the Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and/or use of the Licensed Application, including but not limited to:
- (i) Product liability claims
- (ii) Any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement
- (iii) Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar
legislation, including in connection with the Licensed Application's use
of the HealthKit and HomeKit frameworks (if applicable)
5.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or use
- Legal penalties or fines resulting from non-compliance with firearms laws
- Theft or loss of firearms due to data breaches
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
- Any damages arising from use or inability to use the Licensed Application
The Developer's total liability to you for all claims arising from use of the Licensed Application shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Licensed Application in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You and the Developer acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of the Licensed Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Licensed Application are and shall remain the property of the Developer. Nothing in this EULA transfers any such
rights to you.
7. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
7.1 Export Control and Sanctions
You represent and warrant that:
- (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country
- (ii) You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties
7.2 User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws
- Maintaining accurate records as required by law
- Properly securing your device and the data stored within the Licensed Application
- Verifying the accuracy of information entered into the Licensed Application
- Understanding that the Licensed Application does not constitute legal advice
- Not using the Licensed Application to track illegally owned or possessed firearms
- Not using the Licensed Application to facilitate ANY firearms transactions

9. THIRD-PARTY TERMS OF AGREEMENT
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application. If you use the Licensed Application with an Apple device, you must comply with Apple's terms of service. You must not violate your wireless data service agreement, internet service agreement, or any other applicable third-party agreement when using the Licensed Application.
The Licensed Application may access third-party services or content. Your use of such third-party services is governed by the terms of service of those third parties.
10. APPLE AS THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARY
You and the Developer acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
11. AUTO-RENEWABLE SUBSCRIPTIONS
11.1 Subscription Tiers
The Licensed Application offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions:
ARMORYHUB PRO MONTHLY
- Price: $9.99/month USD
- Length: 1 month, automatically renews monthly
- Price per day: Approximately $0.33/day
ARMORYHUB PRO YEARLY
- Price: $99.99/year USD
- Length: 1 year, automatically renews annually
- Price per month: Approximately $8.33/month
- Savings: 20% compared to monthly subscription
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Prices shown are in USD and may be converted to your local currency.
11.2 Payment and Renewal
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- The cost of renewal will be the same as the original subscription price unless you are notified in advance of a price change
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
11.3 Managing Your Subscription
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select ArmoryHub Pro
- Tap Cancel Subscription to turn off auto-renewal
Alternatively, manage subscriptions through the App Store app or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
11.4 Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your paid period
- No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
- After cancellation, your data will remain accessible but Pro features will be locked
11.5 Free Trial
New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period:
- Trial Length: 7 days (if eligible)
- Free trial is only available to new subscribers who have never subscribed before
- You will not be charged during the free trial period
- You will be notified before your trial ends and before any charges are applied
- To avoid charges, you must cancel before the trial ends
- After the trial, your subscription automatically begins at the standard rate
11.6 Refund Policy
All subscription purchases are made through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the subscription purchase
- Choose "Request a refund" and submit your request
Refunds are granted at Apple's sole discretion. The Developer does not have access to process refunds directly.
11.7 What You Get With Pro
Pro subscription includes access to:
- Unlimited firearms, accessories, and ammunition entries
- Advanced analytics and reporting
- Encryption
- Cloud sync across all your devices
- Export and backup features
- Priority support
11.8 What Happens If You Cancel
- Your data remains safe and accessible at all times
- You can continue using the free version of ArmoryHub
- Pro features will be locked but your data is never deleted
- You can resubscribe at any time to regain access to Pro features
- Your inventory, photos, documents, and records are never affected by subscription status
12. DATA AND PRIVACY
Your use of the Licensed Application is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://armoryhub.com/privacy
Key Privacy Points:
- All data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account (if enabled)
- The Developer does not have access to your firearm inventory data
- The Developer does not sell or share your data with third parties
- You are responsible for backing up your data
- You are responsible for securing your device with a passcode or biometric authentication
13. DATA BACKUPS AND LOSS
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While the Licensed Application provides backup functionality, the Developer is not responsible for:
- Data loss due to device failure, loss, or theft
- Data corruption or loss during sync
- Loss of data due to iOS updates or application updates
- Inability to restore from backups
We strongly recommend regularly exporting and backing up your data to a secure location.
14. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
14.1 Application Updates
The Developer may release updates to:
- Add new features
- Fix bugs or security vulnerabilities
- Improve performance
- Comply with iOS changes
You are responsible for keeping the Licensed Application updated. The Developer may discontinue support for older versions.
14.2 EULA Modifications
The Developer reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Licensed Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA. You will be notified of material changes through the Licensed Application or via email.
15. TERMINATION
15.1 Your Rights
You may terminate this EULA at any time by deleting the Licensed Application from your device and ceasing all use.
15.2 Developer's Rights
The Developer reserves the right to:
- Discontinue the Licensed Application at any time
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
- Modify or remove features
- Terminate this EULA if you violate any terms
15.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your license to use the Licensed Application ends immediately, but this EULA will continue to apply to your prior use. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Licensed Application
- Your violation of this EULA
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Any information or content you enter into the Licensed Application
- Unauthorized access to your data due to failure to secure your device
17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
17.1 Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state where you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this EULA or use of the Licensed Application shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
17.3 Exceptions
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Developer may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this EULA shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
19. WAIVER
No waiver of any term of this EULA shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and the Developer's failure to assert any right or provision under this EULA shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy (https://armoryhub.com/privacy), constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding use of the Licensed Application and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
21. INTENDED USE AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
21.1 Intended Use
ArmoryHub is designed as a personal inventory management tool for legally owned firearms, accessories, and ammunition. The Licensed Application is intended to help you:
- Maintain detailed records of your firearms collection
- Track purchases, maintenance, and valuations
- Manage NFA items and compliance documentation
- Generate reports for insurance or personal records
21.2 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT use the Licensed Application to:
- Track illegally owned or possessed firearms
- Facilitate ANY firearms transactions
- Circumvent any legal requirements or restrictions
- Store information about weapons not legally owned by you
- Violate any federal, state, or local firearms laws
IMPORTANT NOTICE
By using ArmoryHub, you acknowledge that:
- You are legally permitted to own firearms
- You understand and will comply with all applicable firearms laws
- The Licensed Application does not provide legal advice
- You are solely responsible for the security of your data
- You have read and agree to this EULA and the Privacy Policy
